Glenn Ayers, Esq.

Glenn Ayers joined Nguyen | Ballato in March 2025 as an attorney specializing in the representation of property and condominium owners’ associations under the Virginia Common Interest Communities statutes; commercial real estate law; business and corporate services; estate planning and probate; and civil litigation.

Glenn has practiced law in Richmond since 1980 and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree, major Public Administration. He received his Juris Doctorate from the George Mason University School of Law.

Glenn is a former Administrative Hearing Officer with the Supreme Court of Virginia and a mediator and arbitrator at the Consumer Affairs Office in the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. He is past chair and director of the Real Estate Section of the City of Richmond Bar Association and is a founding director and member of the Virginia Equality Bar Association. He provides pro bono legal services and counsel to LGBT non-profits in Central Virginia. He is a former director and officer of the Fan Free Clinic in Richmond, now known as Health Brigade; past director of Equality Virginia; past president and director of the Richmond Triangle Players, Inc. He is a parishioner at Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and a trustee of the Diocese of Virginia Diocesan Missionary Society, Inc.
