Associate Attorney

Virginia L. Augello graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts from Mary Baldwin University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Washington and Lee University School of Law. Ms. Augello has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2023.

Ms. Augello focuses her practice on consumer debt collection and creditors’ rights, representing clients in matters involving debt recovery and the enforcement of creditors’ legal rights and remedies. Her prior experience in family law and civil litigation provides her with a well-rounded litigation background and a practical approach to navigating complex legal matters.

A native of New Kent, Virginia, Ms. Augello serves the cities of Richmond, Petersburg, and Fredericksburg, and Colonial Heights, and the counties of Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and New Kent.
